Hey there! I'm Sasha, also known as KOUZZA, a freelance artist and illustrator. My creative journey took an unconventional turn—I was trained as a biologist and worked in various labs. However, art was my constant companion on the side. I delved into art classes at renowned institutions like the School of Museum of Fine Art, MassArt, RISD, and explored countless online courses. Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and became a full-time artist. Despite the challenges and difficult times, it's been an exhilarating ride.
My passion lies in public art and editorial illustration. I've been fortunate to collaborate not only with private clients but also towns and organizations.
Described as whimsical yet not cutesy, my style traverses various mediums—digital, analogue, mural painting, illustration, a sprinkle of animation, web design, clothing art, and even crafting 3D objects.
